Shipping Policy

FLAT RATE SHIPPING  Orders are generally shipped within [timeframe] using [your shipping provider i.e. Canada  Post's delivery standard is 2 - 7 days]. Flat rate shipping fee of [fee] applies to orders shipping  to [locations outside local region]. Optional: We do not ship outside of [your country] at this  time.    DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:  For calculated shipping rates:  Shipping charges for  your order will be calculated and  displayed at checkout. 

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.  In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible  at dreamworkdesignz@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
